What you need to know about our vouchers
The questions we get asked most, answered short and sweet.
How long is the voucher valid?
Your voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed whenever it suits you.
How is the voucher redeemed?
Just enter the voucher code in the cart when booking your stay. The value is deducted from the booking price straight away.
Anything else to keep in mind?
The voucher works at every location and covers both the stay and any extras. Leftover credit never expires and can be used on a later booking.
What if the gift is not quite right?
No problem: the value voucher is not tied to a specific stay. The person you gift it to decides where and when they want to go.
Can I combine the voucher with a discount?
Yes, vouchers can generally be combined with promotions, unless the individual promotion says otherwise.
